What fees do you charge?

Here at Personable Property we charge the landlord NO MANAGEMENT FEES.

Do I need my property to be furnished or unfurnished?

It does not matter if your property is furnished or unfurnished. We will provide what is necessary to get the property up to spec.

How long does it take for my first monthly payment to go through?

We can start your payment within 24 hours of the agreement being signed. Your fixed monthly rent will then continue to be paid, until the term ends.

What happens if the property is vandalised or damaged?

Our trusted refurbishment team will be deployed to fix all damages to the property, while in our possession. The initial condition report will also be kept on file, to clearly identify what damage has been caused.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Yes both parties need to sign the tailor- made commercial contract, written up by an independent solicitor. This is to protect all parties involved, and is for everyone’s benefit.

Do you take on flats?

In certain cases we have taken on flats from landlords, so leave your details in [email protected] and we’ll get back to you.

What will happen if I die, and the property is still in your control?

We do not own the property, we just control and manage it. If an unfortunate circumstance like death was to occur, we would legally abide by our written contract and return the property back to its’ legal owner.

What happens if your company goes into liquidation?

No need to worry! In the contract clause it clearly states that the rent from the tenants will go directly to the landlord.

Is this sub letting?

Here at Personable Property we LEGALLY use management agreements, professional/ corporate tenancies, guaranteed rent schemes and leases. It is a criminal offence not to have those parameters in place, which is behaviour we strongly disagree with, and take no part in.
